Various leftovers from Angry Birds Facebook and the Angry Birds Flash tech demo can be found in AngryBirdsFlashUI.swf.

A title screen of the tech demo (ignore the Vuela Tazos logo). Interestingly, an HD icon is present, suggesting that swapping from SD and HD graphics was worked on but scrapped. The A button is not something obvious, however its internal name suggests it's an avatar creator.
