This page is rather stubbly and could use some expansion.
Are you a bad enough dude to rescue this article?

The third version of Backyard Soccer, which is largely the same as its predecessor, just with a few changes to the pro player lineup and a few new fields.

It's also notable for being one of the last Humongous games to use the SCUMM engine, as by that point the engine was getting outdated. Starting with Backyard Hockey, the series switched to the YAGA engine.

Season Debugger

Backyard Soccer 2004 Season Debugger.png

The season debugger from the first two games is still here and is once again enabled the same way, by adding

season debugger=1

to hegames.ini, then starting a new season. The screen displays every team that appears in every division, along with (from top to bottom) their colors, formation, strategy, and roster.
