Besides the title change, It has Bobble in different positions, alongside the JP & EU versions spacing out the copyright text from the Taito credit.

The US version is an earlier build of the game that is missing game modes present in the Japanese and European versions, although the Japanese version doesn't feature indications on what buttons to press, which the European version has corrected.
