Leaked Source Code
The game's source code, leaked alongside TF2's source code in April 2020. Sadly, no code related to skins and the economy system in this codebase.

Models

C4/Bomb

Hmmm...
To do:
Upload leaked c4 image.

On 26 September 2024, an anonymous user released the source model files for the game's C4 bomb. In these files, there are some never-before-seen iterations of what the C4 bomb would have looked like.

Weapons

Leaked weapon models, dating to sometime in 2011, potentially before the PAX 2011 build was compiled.

MP7

An early MP7 model with an extended stock and silencer, missing its textures. The extended stock and silencer can be seen in the MP7's HUD icon in the PAX 2011 build. The model's name is v_smg_mp7_silenced. It uses early animations.

The missing textures can be fixed by importing them from the game.

M4A4

An early M4A4 viewmodel that uses animations from Counter-Strike: Source and arm textures. The model is named v_bif_m4a1, oddly enough.

MAG-7

An early MAG-7 model that has a longer barrel. The long-barrel MAG-7 can be seen in its HUD icon in the PAX 2011 build.

M3

The M3 model before it was replaced by the Nova.

SG 550

The SG 550 model, before it was replaced by the SCAR-20 in the final game.

SG 552

The SG 552 model, before it was replaced by an SG 556. Its animations are broken in HLMV, however, they work in-game. Interestingly, it doesn't have a scope mounted on it.

SSG 08

The SSG 08 model is just the Counter-Strike: Source Scout model. Its animations are also broken in HLMV, however, they work in-game.

P228

The P228 model, before it was replaced by the P250 in the final game. It uses the same animation set as all the other pistols from the PAX 2011 build.

USP

The USP from Matt Wright's portfolio. It only has the "unsilenced" animation set. The USP-S released with the Arms Deal update uses a completely different model and textures.
