This page details development materials of Rock Band.

Within Hidden Palace's Terarelease 3.0, multiple early DLC for Rock Band were found.

Fuel

The Song Fuel by Metallica was planned for a Metallica Pack 2. This later announced as a Metal Pack (presumably due to Guitar Hero: Metallica) with some other metal songs, then silently cancelled. There are minor chart errors, but is for the most part complete.

King Nothing

The Song King Nothing by Metallica was a completely unannounced song, most likely to go in Metallica Pack 2. There are minor chart errors, but is for the most part complete.

Brown Sugar

A cover of The Rolling Stones hit Brown Sugar was recently found on a dev kit, along with two other cover songs. It was rumoured to have been part of a Rolling Stones-themed DLC pack that was never released. The pack would have been called "Get Stoned" and would have also featured the 1965 hit (I Can't Get No) Satisfaction.

Come As You Are

Nirvana's Come As You Are had a Rock Band cover planned as DLC, but it was never released. The Live in New York Unplugged version later saw a release as DLC. This, along with two other unused covers, was found in a dev kit.

We Care A Lot

Similar to the above songs, We Care A Lot by Faith No More was originally planned to be released as a cover version as DLC for Rock Band, but for unknown reasons was scrapped, with the original version being properly released as DLC, even being included on the first Track Pack. It, along with Brown Sugar and Come As You Are, were found on a dev kit.
