Debug Mode

At the title screen, enter Up, Up, Left, Left, Left, Down, Run and a screen reading 'DEBUG MODE' will appear, followed by the menu. The Stage Select follows up the Sound Test or difficulty setting, or may be accessed directly. '?? ??????' doesn't seem to do anything noticeable as of yet.
