One Piece: Ocean's Dream is the fourth and final One Piece title for the PS1, released very late in the system's lifespan.

After a day filled with many sailing adventures, the Straw Hats, except Nico Robin, fall asleep in their cabins. As they sleep, a mysterious boy uses a seahorse instrument to erase their memories. With no recollection of their pasts and Nico Robin, the latest member of the Straw Hats, unable to tell how each member joined Luffy's adventure, they go on a quest to look for answers.

Basically, this is like Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, right down to the RPG card game mechanics, but with One Piece characters.

This game would later be adapted into the anime's canon as the Ocean's Dream Arc. It would also receive a Game Boy Advance remake as One Piece: Dragon Dream!.
