Secret Midway Menu

This can only be accessed while the developers of the game are shown on-screen. To bring up the 'Developer' screen at machine startup, hold TURBO+PASS+SHOOT and UP on both player 1 and player 2's controls as soon as the machine's information is shown. When the information disappears, release all controls and then hold DOWN on player 1 and player 2's control stick. If successful, you will see the developers and a sound effect will play.

Now with the developers on-screen, use this combination to access the "Secret Midway Menu".
