No-Ri-Ko was one of the two PC Engine CD-ROM² System launch titles in Japan. An adventure game featuring Noriko Ogawa where the player goes on a date with the pop idol.

While not quite a dating sim in the traditional sense, it later laid the groundwork for titles like Tokimeki Memorial.

You can enter the following in the name entry screen to trigger various debug related features:

  • Debug Menu: - でばっぐしなくちゃね ("Gotta debug")
  • Sound and Visual Test: でもんすとれえしょん ("Demonstration")

Additionally, there is a Test Pattern Screen that can be viewed at the PC Engine CD boot screen by holding I + II and pressing Run.
