Released on October 12th, 2023.
- Fixing sprite/voxel placement in Maps 1, 3 and 10.
- Fixing area in Map 1 where player can softlock themselves
- Adjusting color/lighting of maze in Map 3
- Adjusting some enemy placements through episode.

Released on December 16th, 2023. Includes a few fixes to the episode and small changes to a couple of enemy encounters.
- Fixed Map 8 raising gate before Spider Key instantly closing after opening
- Fixed Map 8 multiple sectors all counting as secrets in one secret area
- Fixed light switches not being interactable in secret level
- Fixed several sprites not having gib status or blocking tags
- Fixed Map 5 stove z-fighting issue
- Fixed Map 4 floors having depth settings when they shouldn't
- Map 5 added faucet sprites to sinks in kitchen and bathroom
- Map 6, added ledge under water, making it easier to get out of the water

Released on April 8th, 2024. This features several small fixes and improvements for almost every level in the episode, and includes updates to several sectors lighting. Alos included an early version of Episode 2.
- Map 1: Fixed invisible sprites accidently blocking player path
- Map 2: Fixed room over room visual glitch in warehouse (nBlood)
- Map 2: Fixed misaligned texture on chimney
- Map 3: Adjusted depth of pit in Black/White house upstairs. Falling now kills player
- Map 3: Removed accidental mask texture from cave
- Map 3: Improved lighting in cave area
- Map 4: Glass in front of lights in hallway past manager's office now ha blocking tag. Can not be walked through
- Map 5: Fixed sprites with blocking tags
- Map 5: Fixed ledge walls with blocking tags so player can't get stuck
- Map 7: Changed key setup in Mother Spider fight. Key no longers spawns, is on a platform behind the Mother Spider
- Map 8: Crawl space door now has a close speed setting. Won't shut instantly if player closes it
- Map 8: Fixed untextured rock wall
- Map 8: Replaced sprite Cultist with enemy Cultist
- Map 8: Fixed enemy count. Was accidently counting two extra enemies
- Map 8: Fixed room over room visual glitch in temple hall (nBlood)
- Map 8: Fixed invisible sprite blocking path out of hedge maze after using switch
- Map 9: Improved lighting in Mother Spider caves
- Map 9: Fixed misaligned texture in spider caves
- Map 10: Changed window setup in second floor kitchen
- Map 10: Closet doors in second floor can no longer be blown up, showing a blank wall behind them
- Map 10: Can no longer TNT jump over metal fence outside church and get stuck
- Adjusted fire sprite brightness settings for all levels. This includes torches
- Added additional lighting sectors and effects to various areas in multiple maps
- Episode 1 now has a title, "Autograft" in preparation for Episode 2. Starting the game will now have you select an episode.
- Added Map 1 "Ashes to Ashes" from Episode 2. This is still a Work in Progress. But, I wanted to give a quick look at Episode 2.
