na57e00.srl is the kiosk version of Blue Rescue Team included as part of the Nintendo Gigaleak. It is nearly identical to the final demo.
Build Date
The leaked demo includes PKDi ver 1.0 [May 23 2006] 16:54:21 as its build date string, only 6 days before the final.
Title Screen
This version uses the retail game's title screen, instead of the demo title screen from the final kiosk demo.
