The unexpected magnum opus of Microsoft's eighth-generation console. Rare Replay contains 30 (31 in the digital release as of January 27, 2023) of the most historically significant games from the classic developer once heavily associated with Nintendo, wrapped in an excellent stage play aesthetic and with a very attractive price.
Note: For any changes or alterations to the games contained in this collection, please see their respective articles.

Unused Game
There is a leftover folder, banjokazooien64, that contains gameentity_6861854208101186993.sos and gamemeta.sos files, as well as a banjo_usa.dll executable in the root directory that contains a script ("Doing GC6103 patches for BK1") for bypassing the N64's CIC protection chip.
It's possible that Banjo-Kazooie was going to be the N64 version through an emulator instead of the XBLA version, or it may have been used to test the N64 emulator used for other games in the collection.
Kinect Sports Rivals leftover
speechcommands.sos contains a list of Kinect voice commands from Kinect Sports Rivals.
Placeholder Text
subtitles_test.sos in both the en-us and de-de subtitle folders contains this rather morbid joke in English and German:
What did the dyslexic devil worshipper do? She sold her soul to Santa!
Was hat Die Legastheniker Teufelsanbeter tun? Sie verkaufte ihre Seele nach Santa!
The de-de locstringstext folder also contains text_test.sos, which is just a couple of greetings in English and German.
Hello Guten Tag Goodbye Auf Wiedersehen
Unused Video
rareshortindent_movie.bk2 is a slightly shortened copy of the Rare logo musical number, with Karaoke lyrics displayed at the bottom of the screen.
While a similar video was uploaded to Rare's Youtube Channel prior to release, it's not quite the same (rareshortident begins at the shot going through the hallway).

On a flying visit to meet them, they impressed us with the sheer scale of their emulating experience, taking in dozens of platforms and games. We signed them up, handing them our NES and Arcade titles and joining them in collaboration on N64 emulation.)
