Debug Options

Applying the below GameShark code will open up a couple of debug options. This opens ENEMY SELECT and STAGE SELECT menus.

• ENEMY SELECT allows you to choose any enemy from the game. It will then send you to a map where they endlessly spawn forever.
• STAGE SELECT allows you to choose any stage in the game, including bosses to choose from.

Crash Handler

Regional Differences

To do: Add comparison screenshots. Possibly more differences as well.

The Japanese version has different title cards for its missions, featuring kanji in the center of the screen along with the mission number on top and English title underneath. Additionally, the powerups are modeled differently, having a more animated look to them as wobbling crystal-shaped items with rings around them.
