Does this game warrent the Defunct label?

I figured that the Defunct label was reserved for games that couldn't be played in any shape or form after the servers went down (at least not without mods), but I'm fairly certain you can still play LittleBigPlanet Karting's story mode and access Create Mode offline; you just can't compete against other players or play/share community levels anymore.

There are a number of games that still have offline content ready to be played, even with their servers going down for good, which is why I ask if this game really warrents the Defunct label. --Chunky104 (talk) 13:11, 8 July 2018 (EDT)
