Mega Man 2 Sub-Pages

Hey, there! Thank you for making those sub-pages on the Mega Man 2 page! I usually don't hesitate to do that kind of thing when I think a page is getting long, but you've been working so hard and making so many discoveries, I didn't want to do anything to slow your progress! You're doing great work, and as a big Mega Man fan, I'm really excited to see all these new discoveries and things!

Keep up the great work and thanks again!

You are welcome! and don't worry about that, I was already planning to do the subpages, I was just a little undecided because I wasn't sure if it was really too big or not, but thanks to you I was able to carry it out lol

and honestly seeing that someone actually noticed the work I was doing on this page made me very happy!! :)

Now well... I'm going to continue where I left off, the Metal Man stage will definitely give me a huge headache XD

Grammar

Hey, just popping in to mention that I've seen a few grammatical errors and unusual phrasing in some of your contributions. If English isn't your first language, then this is totally understandable. It might help if you ran your edits by a native speaker first to see if they have that grammatical polish we try to strive for here. Thanks! N. Onymous (talk) 01:31, 22 April 2025 (UTC)

Tagging Files

Please tag your uploads. Help reduce the amount of files in Special:UncategorizedFiles by using the quick reference here. I tagged your last uploads for GBA. --Wildgoosespeeder (talk) 04:11, 16 May 2025 (UTC)

I still don't know how this can help in any way, like does anyone really go through each file just to see which category it belongs to when it's literally in the description of the game the file belongs to? Anyway... if it makes you happy, fine! :) "Miles" Tails Power (talk) 03:03, 17 May 2025 (UTC)

its to keep files in their own categories^^ IE some people might wanna look for different title screens for a certain game only, in that case its useful to atleast add one tag to your image. it also overall just keeps images neater. --Chocofan (talk) 06:34, 16 May 2025 (UTC)

The main purpose of categorizing files is to organize them and so they don't get lost amongst all the other files uploaded. The way that The Cutting Room Floor appears to be structured is that we want to organize user generated content (screenshots, sprite rips, etc.) by system and pre-release content by game (Mother 3 appears to be shifted from Nintendo 64DD to Game Boy Advance as well as Super Paper Mario shifting from GameCube to Wii). I've even found categories helpful deleting duplicate uploads. I use media thumbnail previews and their accompanying dimensions to replace images that don't match expected dimensions of a target system. Latest message

I have been noticing that your recent files for Mario Kart 7 haven't been tagged at time of upload. I did happen to stumble upon The Cutting Room Floor:Batch Upload to aid in this. --Wildgoosespeeder (talk) 14:36, 10 November 2025 (UTC)
