Valkyrie no Densetsu for the PC Engine is a port of the arcade game of the same name. Unfortunately this version lacks the simultaneous co-op and is single player only. That didn't stop it from becoming a hit in Japan and is often cited as one of the best games on the system.

Pause during gameplay, then press Up+I+II. A "00" will appear next to "MAGIC". Press Left/Right to cycle through the sounds and I to play them.
