The texture .\ready_01t.tga has the last 73 KiB of its data missing, meaning you can see slight corruption in-game where the data is supposed to be.

This is the full texture how the game loads it straight from the FILEA archive. If you look closely, a tiny portion of the blurred Start graphic can even be seen in-game.
