This prototype is documented on Hidden Palace.
A tech demo of a 3D Butt-Head. Up on the D-Pad makes him walk, Left and Right turn the camera, and X and Triangle zoom in and out.
- The executable, SLUS_004.42, uses the ID of New Level's previous game Courier Crisis.
- The executable references removed music files: Movie Title (presumably the song Two Cool Guys), Come To Butt-Head (from the 1993 album The Beavis and Butt-Head Experience), Love Rollercoaster (covered by Red Hot Chili Peppers for Beavis and Butt-Head Do America), and TV Title (likely the TV show's theme).
