Debug Mode

The plain-text file Game.txt can be edited to set some parameters to "On", then save them under a new ISO to enable them in-game. They include:

• DEBUG_CHEATS (are debug cheats on/off)
• DEBUG_TEXT (display debug text/gfx/DMK)
• DEBUG_FLY (fly-through mode on/off)
• LEVEL_SELECT (Level Select on/off)

After enabling these, various debug options are accessible. The loading screen now identifies the game as a "Pre-Certification Build".

A Level Select option appears on the top of the main menu. It includes all zones in the game, including the multiplayer ones as single-player zones. If there are sub-zones, a sub-menu appears as well.

The Pause menu has a "Debug" option in the end. It can enable various features like AI Debug, an option to show/hide Debug Text, Hitboxes, Wireframes, and other fully-functional options.

The debug menus do allow multiplayer options to be tested and changed as well.

Game.txt also has options for sound debug, a demo level select (not as extensive as the main one, it seems), and options to start on a specific level. A Debug Fly option is also listed, but cannot be enabled.
