Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege is an online tactical shooter where you dress up as a unicorn wielding an LMG and use your Molotov launcher to blow up a wall and kill the hostage you're assigned to rescue, all during a tactical sports tournament. Needless to say, this game is quite different from the earlier Rainbow Six games.

Hmmm...
To do:
  • Noting that the AK-74M has the angled grip, but it now looks different than the picture below.
  • Checking the first four years of the game to find hidden gamemodes and oddities using R6 Liberator, specifically Chimera's hidden gamemodes.

With the introduction of his rework, Tachanka lost access to the SASG-12 in favour of the new DP-27, althought the pose was never removed from the game files.

“Survive as a team. If that fails, just survive.”

Karina Gaardhøje was the second eldest of four children. She grew up in a prepper household and embraced survivalism, which gave her the upper hand in the military. An expert deer hunter in her spare time, her stealth, patience, and persistence were noticeable assets while training at the Army NCO School in Sønderborg. She later joined the Fromandskorpset.

Following her promotion to First Lieutenant with four deployments under her belt, she underwent additional special operations training, earning her JÆGER shoulder patch, burgundy beret, and Freefall Parachutist badge. Skilled in covert ops, combat S&R, DA, UW, special recon, arctic warfare, and advanced breaching, she remains one of the few Operators who has passed both the Frogman and Jaeger selection. To date, most of her operations are classified. The Jaegerkorpset is an elite multidisciplinary unit, making Gaardhøje one of the most well rounded SOF Operators serving under Special Operations Command.

Specialist Karina Gaardhøje’s prepper upbringing gave her an advantage in the Jaegerkorpset. Her will to survive and her will to win become synonymous. She’s self-sufficient, highly trained in combat readiness, and relentless in her pursuit of additional skills to complement both her survivalist lifestyle and military career. Her personal goal—albeit realistically impossible—is to reach absolute preparedness. Joining the Fromandskorpset wasn’t enough, thus her decision to become a Jaeger. […]

She converses with Specialist El Maktoub to learn how she survived in extreme weather. She’ll also talk with Specialist Glazkov and Specialist Basuda, exchanging tips on hunting and trapping. However, she won’t talk to other specialists on their down time unless she has something to gain from it. This isolates her, affecting her team’s cohesion. I’ll discuss further with her. […]

Due to her low frequency of meaningful social interactions and the often manipulative and deceitful nature of her covert operations, I wondered if she may be exhibiting a form of sociopathy. It’s actually more of an intentional, internal switch. Being unfazed and enigmatic are tools for her. They’re unnerving to the enemy, but unfortunately, they have the same effect for her comrades, except for Vigil. Gaardhøje must keep her identity hidden from her peers so she may continue her covert Danish special operations. On the contrary, she’s warm yet secretive with her extended family without exhibiting sociopathic traits. Her late grandmother also taught her ethics via a Darwinist approach to hunting deer, appropriate principles for select operations. […]

Whether in the pursuit of knowledge or striving for the perfect execution of an operation, the word “enough” may not be in her lexicon. She’s committed to excellence, but I fear this prepper is overstocking her bunker with no room to breathe. To be monitored with follow-ups. […]

Specialist Gaardhøje is the most guarded Operator I’ve met. My sessions were challenging, but we established a sense of trust. She let me see her face for the purpose of my assessment, and I agreed her identity should remain hidden. Specialist Castellano recommended Gaardhøje for Rainbow Six and I have to agree.
