C&C Generals subpages
You can easily do subpages. Check out a page with subpages listed already (like Team Fortress 2) and copy the wiki code for the subpage boxes and choose names for them. You can then create the new pages that way. 👍 TF2CutContent 💬 ✏️ 11:00, 10 August 2022 (UTC)
- Actually nevermind, I just split them up for you. On each one, the very first header (==example==) should be removed, then you'll have to modify each subsequent header after that to remove one = from each side (===example=== should be changed to ==example==. 👍 TF2CutContent 💬 ✏️ 11:15, 10 August 2022 (UTC)
Generals Preview
Old Intelligence icon? Looks like a microfilm camera on documents.
These two could potentially be for the cut tomahawk mechanic.
Perhaps for the hypersonic aurora?
--Hawk (talk) 12:55, 10 August 2022 (UTC)
- The tomahawk has an upgrade icon for it too but I forgot to add it. The hypersonic was added in ZH, I doubt it's for it --Sgt.McHale 18:40, 10 August 2022 (UTC)
Edits deletion in CnC:Generals articles without any particular reason and proper explanation (again!)
What you are doing is direct violation of TCRF rules. Don't start edit wars. These two edits will be returned into the article... unless you really want to disprove that Object ChinaMoat belongs to China faction or Elite Weapon concept is RA2 leftover, in that case - talk pages exist, welcome. I won't return my edtis from GDF files because they are already covered by you, though your analisys about CnC 3 might be considered as "speculations" as well - there's too much RA elements for pure CnC game.
Also, just a reminder that you shouldn't express your personal feelings in comments to edits. Again, talk pages exist. If you see some typos or grammatical errors - just fix them.

Source Developer Asset Repository downloads
I saw this message you left in another user's talk page. Bit of a late response, but you can probably find the download links for the Source Developer Repository on Valve Archive's Discord server. --L337 KR3W (talk) 14:54, 9 February 2024 (UTC)
- Well he did reply back with the link, in Discord though. I appreciate you notifying me of this server. --Sgt.McHale 20:48, 9 February 2024 (UTC)
Oblivion
My reading of the rules and guidelines is that we are not to add anything considered a “hack”, or by extension, a mod, of a game, or anything that could potentially be in a game but would have to be created by a player because it actually isn’t there. On top of that, many variables in the game can go up to 255, including things like Intelligence, Luck, spell strength attributes, and even things like the value that controls how many Oblivion Gates can open. It makes no sense to me to add something to the article that points out just one of the many such instances, especially when it’s not in the game, or any known prototype/beta thereof, at all. No objection to the other edits you’ve made, however. Jtrevor99 (talk) 01:45, 30 September 2024 (UTC)
- First, it's not a hack or mod. This is something supported by the game engine yet we don't see it in game. Stop reverting my edit. And you're right, a lot of variables can go above up to 255. However most of them don't have any difference from being at 100, expect for Acrobatics and now the Alchemy apparatus. Sgt.McHale 08:34, 30 September 2024 (UTC)
- I added a question about this on User talk:Hawk. Thought a third set of eyes could help. If I’m wrong here, I’d like to know it! Jtrevor99 (talk) 01:56, 30 September 2024 (UTC)
Reverting my edits to the Oblivion page
Hello Sgt.McHale, I'm reaching out and try to understand why you are reverting multiple edits I've made to the introduction of the Oblivion page. Whether the information is completely relevant to TCRF or not, references to the game's content should have accurate information. I'm correcting information and attempting to add appropriate context that sets the stage for the game being discussed in it's own article. What part of my actions have led to you deeming it appropriate to just fully revert the changes, even when reverting it brings back false information? Thank you. BemusedProjection (talk) 00:05, 29 December 2024 (UTC)
- The article's summary should be brief, your edits are anything but that. I can't even count the numerous disputes people had over this in other games. TCRF is about cut or unused content, it really doesn't matter what's written in the lead section because it's not wikipedia, it's not about the game itself rather what's cut or unused in the game. The lead section prior to your edits are fine as is, and I don't see a strong reason for you to do what you're trying to do. Sgt.McHale 00:11, 29 December 2024 (UTC)
- Thank you for the response, I appreciate the link and now I better understand. I'll adjust how I proceed for other titles as well, though I will continue to correct false info. After all, I'm not trying to step on any toes, I'm trying to help make the articles better. Thanks again. BemusedProjection (talk) 00:21, 29 December 2024 (UTC)
- You're welcome friend! We all make mistakes here trying to better TCRF. Sometimes we mess up, but it doesn't really matter, because we can always learn from our mistakes. Don't ever think for a moment you did a crime! And good luck on your future endeavors with other games! Delve deep into those unused files! --Sgt.McHale 00:31, 29 December 2024 (UTC)
General Tip
Hi, just thought I'd recommend consolidating your edits rather than publishing multiple of them. --Mantis (talk) 03:34, 8 October 2025 (UTC)
- I understand, I try to edit one section at a time. Editing the page as a whole can be disorienting to be honest. But I'm done for the time being. --Sgt.McHale 03:37, 8 October 2025 (UTC)
