Resident Evil: Revelaitons Revelations is a survival horror game whose story takes place between RE4 and RE5.

For those that have played the home console ports, it's pretty obvious that this is the console-exclusive Wall Blister enemy. It seems it was originally planned for the original 3DS version, but for whatever reason it didn't get used.

A Zombie similar to this was seen in early pre-release screenshots of the game, before Capcom decided to go with the Ooze instead.

The game was built off of Resident Evil 5's engine, so it's no surprise that a few enemies are in the game's data. This could have also been planned to appear in Raid mode, similar to the Raid mode in Revelations 2 which uses certain monsters from previous games.
