This version of Tetris is one of the many games featured on the Retro-Bit Go Retro! Portable, a handheld system that runs on Famiclone hardware.
Revisional Differences
Retro-Bit
In the initial release, pressing Up would cause the active tetromino to hard drop. In a later revision, this action was disabled, possibly due to accidental misdrops from the D-Pad on the Retro-Bit handheld.
My Arcade
| To do: Compare the "16-bit" version of the My Arcade Tetris game. |
Starting in 2023, My Arcade would release several dedicated Tetris handheld systems. These handhelds contained a modified version of the previously-developed version of Tetris featured on the Retro-Bit handheld.
